Working closely with the Product Owner to identify innovative solutions to customer problems, this role represents an opportunity to lead on design decisions and develop a market leading product you will play a key role in an exciting period of development. This is a technical role suited to someone with a background in data engineering to deliver insightful analytics.
The successful candidate will work within a diverse team developing our products to meet the needs of the healthcare market for the next 15 years.
To fulfil the requirements of the role you will design and develop on-premise and cloud-based data warehouse solutions using SQL and commercial ETL tools. Leading on design principles for best practice in the cloud environment.
We’re looking for a variety of skills and experience levels in data warehouse and cloud applications. Above all else, we’re looking for smart, passionate candidates who have:
3-4 years’ experience in Cloud technology and Data Warehousing
Experience of working within a structured product development environment, perhaps where techniques such as Prince or Agile are used.
A self-starter mentality that communicates well on all levels

Core Technical Skills
Experience with Azure product stack (Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, Azure SQL, Synapse)
SQL Server version 2012 and above, particularly using TSQL.
Experience with Data Warehousing design techniques and technologies.
Experience of developing ETL workflows in a recognised toolset from disparate source systems.
A good understanding of product design.
Alongside the core skills listed above, we would be interested in applicants who have experience in one or more of the following areas.
Experience with Snowflake (Data Modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL)
Experience with Informatica product stack (PowerCenter, MDM, Cloud)
Meta data driven design
Healthcare industry knowledge/experience is hugely desirable
